If you have ever successfully grown a houseplant, or enjoyed a flowering potted plant, you can grow orchids. There are plenty of options to give yourself a beautiful display of flowering orchids year round. Orchids grown in the home during the colder months will respond wonderfully well to being summered outdoors in a protected area.

David currently serves as the secretary for the South Carolina Orchid Society and is also the newletter editor. David lives in Anderson, SC and has been an active member of the society for several years. Just last year David recieved his accreditation as an orchid judge from the American Orchid Society. He is an accomplished speaker and his programs are also entertaining.
